We offer a 3rd party independent NRVIA Certified Inspections on all types of RVs both New and Used.
We offer Buyers a Pre-Purchase Inspection so that they are well informed about their investment.
We offer Sellers a Pre-Sale inspection so that they may show a potential buyer their RV is in excellent condition.
We also offer individuals who rent their RV on sites like Outdoorsy, RVShare an annual safety inspection.
The NRVIA is the National RV Inspectors Association located in Texas. The NRVIA sets Standards of Practice and a Code of Ethics for all of their Certified Inspectors to follow. This gives you assurance that your RV Inspector has the training, skills, and knowledge to perform a proper Inspection. In order to become certified you must attend an intense 128 hours of onsite classroom training with daily tests. In addition Inspectors are required to have 35 hours of ongoing education each year in order to remain Certified.
Most importantly, an RV Inspection Report gives you bargaining power, if components are not working, the report lets you, the buyer, know the actual state of the RV before you take possession. This provides you the opportunity to negotiate with the seller and possibly reduce the selling price. Knowing ahead of time any issues can also reduce the time your RV spends getting warranty or repair work done.
Private party RV sales account for more than 1/2 of the 600,000 RVs sold annually!
There are many reasons why people sell their RVs. Lifestyle changes, financial issues, and upgrading/downgrading are some of the more common causes. Like a home inspection, an RV inspection will give you peace of mind that you’ll make an informed buying decision in today’s competitive used RV market.
New RV inspections are just as necessary as used RV inspections. The demand for new RVs and labor shortages have placed tremendous pressure on manufacturers to deliver units to customers. An independent and unbiased 3rd party assessment of the operating condition of a new or used RV you are planning to purchase is highly beneficial. Even if everything is in good working condition, the report will confirm that.

Don't inherit someone else's headache. Fluid analysis are like a blood test for your engine.
Fluid analysis reports from NRVIA certified inspectors shows you the condition inside the components (engine, transmission, generator, and cooling system) on the RV you’re purchasing. Fluids are tested for burning, viscosity, free metals, coolant or water in the oils. Coolant samples are tested for improper glycol levels, incorrect fluid, the existence of metals, oil or fuel in the coolant.
All fluid samples receive industry certified laboratory testing, which provides detailed reports indicating whether the fluids are suitable or the equipment is in proper operating order.
The laboratory we use delivers results in 3-6 days and will also provide a report with recommendations you can show your mechanic.
Fluid Analysis Pricing:
1 Fluid Analysis = $125 for the first sample and $100 for each additional sample.
SPECIAL! 5 fluids of your choice analyzed for $475! Our most popular package usually Engine Oil and Coolant, Transmission, Generator Oil and Coolant.
Typical Fluids Analyzed:
During an RV Inspection we look at as many as 175 points of inspection. We are looking to confirm that all of the features are working as expected. Sometimes we find items that need further attention such as roof damage, safety items, water stains, leaking toilets, appliances not working, Air Conditioners clogged, Electrical issues, Engine leaks to name a few.
HERE IS A GALLERY OF THINGS WE HAVE FOUND DURING RV INSPECTIONS
We offer Inspection Services through out all of Southern California. We include 50 miles each way at no charge and $1.00 per mile for round trips over 100 miles. Generally this 50 mile radius covers the Inland Empire, San Diego and into Orange County. Our Homebase is in Lake Elsinore so you have a good idea ahead of time.
Should you need an Inspection that is out of our service area please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
I will provide you a list of items to ask the seller to prepare for the inspection. For instance, turn on the refrigerator the day before, have the unit connected to power, water, sewer, set the levelers and extend the slides. Essentially we request the RV to be setup in "Camping Ready Position". If the seller does not have access to power, water and sewer it is recommended to set up the RV at a Camp Ground.
No you do not need to be present. The RV Inspection report I provide will be very detailed that even someone who is across the country and has never seen the RV before will be able to make an informed decision. If you have already seen the RV please write out your questions and concerns for me and I will make sure to address them for you. You of course can be at the inspection, I understand that this is a large investment for you. Please understand I have hundreds of Points of Inspection I must cover so we may not be able to spend much time together. Once the inspection is completed I am more than happy to review any major points that have been discovered and answer all your questions. Your detailed report will be delivered to you the next business day.
